This project began in the first year of the TFB. Our activities vary from year to year; currently, we offer courses to prepare participants for the Car Driving Theory Test.
Preparation for the Car Driving Theory Test
This project is financed by The National Lottery/ Award for All. The project aims to enhance the employability, skills, and participation in the women’s movement of the target group. We want to help our targeted community prepare for the car driving theory test.
The project supports Arabic-speaking women and men in Glasgow who face challenges obtaining a driving licence. For men, a licence is essential for employment in fields such as catering, social work, taxi or bus driving, and security. Gaining these skills will enhance their job prospects and increase their earning potential.
